ASOG Volunteer of the Year will be announced.
Enjoy 5pm cocktails, music, art and delicious dinner 7pm.
You will be seated with congenial people.
Seating at each table of eight will be planned in advance.
New and current members will share table with ASOG
Board members and guests.

Guests are encouraged to join this event.
Eligibility:
All members with dues paid for 2012.

Conditions:
One entry per member. Artists must bring their owneasels for display.
Artwork for tables not to exceed 16" across, for floor easels at 36: across.
All artwork must be framed, with no exposed glass edged,
unframed canvas must be finished on sides.
Sculpture must be portabe with base.
Removal: promptly at 9.30 pm
Awards:
Ribbon Awards will be presented for watercolor,
oil/acrylic, drawing/graphics, other media,
photography and sculpture.
The $100 Popular Award will go to the artwork receiving the most votes.
Volunteer of the Year will be announced and honored.
Judge:
Joan Rudman, AWS,
is a teacher at the Southern Vermont Art Center.
Former president (for 10 Years) and currently vice-president
of the Hudson Vally Art Association,
Ms Rudman is a member of the Board of Directors
of the American Watercolor Society.
