Dates: May 1 May 24, 2005 - Slide Entry Due Date: February 28. 2005 Entry Requirements: Open to all artists 18 years of age and over, living in the United States. One entry - traditional realism. Recent work not previously exhibited with HVAA. Media: Original oils, watercolors, graphics, pastels, and sculptures. • Photos and computer-assisted art not accepted. Entry Fee: $30 nonrefundable entry fee for nonmembers. • Paid membership dues include entrance fee. Shipped Artwork: Detailed shipping instructions and labels will be mailed to accepted artists. Receiving of Hand Delivered Work: Saturday, April 23, 2005 - Time - 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Sales: All art works are considered for sale unless listed NFS (not for sale) on entry card. Liability: Entries will be handled with all possible care, but those submitting will be required to hold harmless the Hudson Valley Art Association, the Newington-Cropsey Foundation, its agents, servants, employees from any claim of damage that might arise from loss or damage to the works of art submitted for the exhibition from any cause.
